Welcome to the Kyulebag Privacy Policy (“Policy”). This explains how we collect, store, protect, and share your information, and with whom we share it. We suggest you read this in conjunction with our T&C.

By downloading and installing our App, you agree that we can collect, transfer, store, disclose and use your information as described in this Policy.

1. Collection of Information

We may collect location of use of the app. This is for statistics purpose only. There is no user related information that is collected by the app like any username etc.

The password used to lock private buttons information is stored locally on the device and is not collected by us. Similarly the secret question asked is stored locally and is not collected by us.

If you contact our Customer Support team, we will receive your email address. We may keep records of our communications with you.

Data Storage

By using the App, you agree and acknowledge that Kyulebag is a global app operating through servers located in a number of countries around the world, including the United Kingdom, the United States and India.

Geolocation Information

Even if you have disabled location services, we may still determine your city, state, and country location based on your IP address (but not your exact location).

Log and Usage Data

Our servers automatically record information (“Log and Usage Data”) created by your use of the Service, which helps us to improve our service. Log and Usage Data may include information such as your IP address, features used on the Kyulebag app, access times, and your mobile carrier.

Device Information

We may collect information about your device when you use the App including the unique device identifier, device model, operating system, and MAC address.

Options

We may keep track of how you interact with various features available on Kyulebag. This information typically may include but is not limited to opening of the app and clicking on various icons within the app.

2. Use of Information

Our main goal is to ensure your experience on Kyulebag is an enjoyable one. We may use the statistics collected to offer enhanced product and service, conduct research and analytics about how you use and interact with the App, and investigate fraud, protect our legal rights, and to enforce our Terms & Conditions.

3. Disclosure of Information

Our policy is to not disclose any of your information, except in the limited circumstances described here:

• Law and Harm– We may preserve or disclose any of your information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect our rights or property.
• Business Transfers– In the event that Kyulebag is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, the collected information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction.
• Non-Private or Non-Personal Information– We may share or disclose your non-private, aggregated or otherwise non-personal information with third parties for industry analysis and demographic profiling.

As Kyulebag evolves, we may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information and will be available at Kyulebag. If we make a material change to this policy, we will notify you, for example, via an email or by posting a notice within Kyulebag.

We take commercially reasonable security measures to help protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access, or disclosure.

Unfortunately no website or Internet transmission is ever completely 100% secure and even we cannot guarantee that unauthorised access, hacking, data loss or other breaches will never occur. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY BREACHES OF SECURITY, DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICE, OR ANY LOSS OR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF YOUR REGISTRATION INFORMATION OR OTHER DATA.

6. About Us

Your access to the App, as well as this Privacy Policy, are governed and interpreted by the laws of India. By using the App, you are consenting to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. In the event there is a discrepancy between this English language version and any translated copies of the Policy, the English version shall prevail.

Terms of Service

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY USING THIS MOBILE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY AND BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, WHICH TOGETHER WITH OUR PRIVACY POLICY GOVERN KYULEBAG’S RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU IN RELATION TO THIS APPLICATION.

The term ‘Kyulebag’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ or ‘our’ refers to the owner of the mobile application, Kewlcode Technologies Private Limited. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our mobile application (“App”).

1. Definitions
   • “User”, “you”, “yours” means any prospective user or anyone who uses or accesses the App/Services on any device.
   • “App” means the Kyulebag mobile application(s) hosted by Kewlcode for providing different services to users.
   • “Kewlcode Services” means the Kewlcode Software and other products hosted or made available by Kewlcode, including downloadable mobile applications.
2. Scope of Services

   Kyulebag App provides a platform to its user to store, organize, and retrieve weblinks, images, videos, and documents. The user manages content through the app interface.

3. Terms and Conditions Subject to Change

   We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms, as updated or modified.

4. Registration on Kyulebag App
   • You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy, completeness and confidentiality of your information and will be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
   • Kyulebag will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to provide accurate information or to keep your account credentials secure.
   • You agree that the information provided by you to Kyulebag, at all times, will be true, accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
5. Links to Third Party Websites

   The App may contain links to websites or applications of third parties. Kyulebag is not responsible for and has no liability for the functionality, actions, privacy policies, terms, or content of any such websites or applications.

6. Eligibility
   • You represent and warrant that you are competent and eligible to enter into a legally binding agreement and be bound by these Terms.
   • A User is responsible to verify that the use of this App is for lawful purposes only.
7. Intellectual Property Rights

   All content on the Services and the App, including page headers, images, illustrations, graphics, audio clips, video clips, text, interface, trademarks, trade names, and trade secrets constitute Kyulebag’s intellectual property. Kewlcode Technologies Private Limited is the sole owner of the underlying software and source code associated with the App and all intellectual property rights of any nature on the App.

8. Force Majeure

   Kyulebag shall not be liable for failing to perform any of its obligations if such failure or delay is caused by an event substantially beyond its control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, floods, fire, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, civil unrest, or power outage.

9. Indemnification

   You agree to protect, defend and indemnify us and hold us and our officers, directors, partners, and employees harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your access and use of the App in violation of these Terms of Use.

10. Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall Kyulebag be liable to the App User for any special, indirect, exemplary or consequential damages arising out of your purchase or use of the App or any third-party claims. The App and the Services are provided on an “as is” basis, without any warranties, express or implied.

11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
